Responsibilities

- We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team
- FULL CYCLE POSITION: You will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year
- Research and prospect for new clients in the Belgium market
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.)
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract
- Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline. Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary
- Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
- Work with the SDRs and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth




- Deliver small-scale implementations, ensuring accounts meet readiness standards and activation criteria

Qualifications

- Flexibility: You are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.

- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
- Hunger: You are not afraid of challenges, and you are eager to raise the bar every day.
- In a native level of Flemish + a good level of English (both written and spoken).
- “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
- Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups.
