As Senior Applied AI Software Engineer (Android), you will anchor AI-native mobile development for our banking SDKs used by over 100 million users. You will lead the integration of LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and agentic AI tooling into the mobile engineering life cycle. You will architect scalable Android SDKs with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines, and own end-to-end mobile capabilities from data persistence to API integrations and CI/CD. You will mentor peers and raise quality standards across the team.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Champion AI-native mobile development and lead architecture decisions for mobile SDKs
• Architect modular, secure Android SDKs using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines
• Own end-to-end mobile capabilities including local data, security layers,



backend integrations, and CI/CD
• Drive quality through automated test coverage targets (80%+ unit tests) and performance profiling
• Mentor mobile developers and establish shared engineering standards across the team

Responsabilidades
• 5 to 7+ years of native Android software engineering experience
• Advanced mastery of Kotlin, xqbhyrx Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Clean Architecture/MVVM
• Hands-on production experience with AI-driven developer tooling or agentic workflows
• Strong knowledge of mobile CI/CD tooling (Bitrise, Jenkins) and non-functional requirements (security, performance)
• Proven leadership to mentor peers and guide autonomous squads toward technical goals
