The main mission is to promote the attractiveness, development and performance of the site by creating and executing an annual marketing action plan in alignment with the Group’s policies. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIn consultation with the SC Manager, and with support of the Head Office Marketing Department, draw up an annual marketing action plan for the center. /li liImplement the marketing action plan: ul liDesign, manage and implement the center’s marketing policy, ensuring consistency with group policy. /li liBoost the center’s digital marketing and communications, stepping up the site’s influence on digital media (websites, apps, interactive directories, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). /li liManage the center’s communications policy together with the communications agency, adapting the center’s image, hospitality and services policy, developing press relations and seeking sponsorship. /li liCoordinate event operations, ensuring compliance with specifications defined upstream. /li /ul /li liContribute actively to the development of the center’s positioning. /li liImplement and communicate the Group’s quality policy to customers. /li liManage the center’s loyalty program and create tools to monitor customer satisfaction, in conjunction with the Head Office Marketing Department. /li liAct as a key contact and rallying force for shopkeepers on a day‑to‑day basis, notably through the GIE or the Shopkeepers’ Association.
