ph3Job Description Summary /h3pGE Vernova is a leading offshore wind energy company that operates a portfolio of turbines ranging from 6 MW to 14 MW. The ROC team plays a critical role in the technical execution of projects, supporting commissioning and ongoing service phases for the Offshore Wind Platform (Haliade X). /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee daily operations, including remote commissioning, real‑time monitoring, surveillance activities, and reporting. /liliEnsure continuous delivery of 24/7 remote operations that remain fully functional 365 days a year, with rotating shifts. /liliDetect abnormal system conditions, respond to field disturbances and alarms, and keep turbines operating safely. /liliExecute commissioning and remote troubleshooting, diagnosing issues and supporting site teams during PLI closure. /liliCoordinate 24/7 ROC activities, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations. /liliEscalate unresolved issues to higher‑level technical support and provide detailed information. /liliCollaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex problems and drive continuous improvement. /liliMaintain coordination with site teams and communicate technical information via reports, presentations, and verbal updates. /liliInvestigate and report performance anomalies at control and design levels to support operational excellence. /liliSeek opportunities for process optimization, digitization, and automation within ROC operations. /liliCoordinate planned and unplanned grid outages, ensuring minimal operational disruption and compliance with safety protocols.



/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or 3+ years of relevant work experience in the wind sector. /liliProven on‑site technical experience with wind turbine generators, capable of reading electrical schematics and providing technical support to field technicians. /liliProficiency with SCADA systems, MS Office, and relevant digital tools. /liliWillingness to travel for training. /liliSkill in reporting, documentation management, and report creation. /liliFluent in English (spoken written).
