Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will contribute throughout the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence and financial modelling through to documentation and closing. /ppThe role includes the following: /pulliSupport the analysis, structuring and execution of Project Finance transactions /liliConduct financial, commercial and credit due diligence on new opportunities /liliReview financial statements, financial models, market studies, engineering reports and legal documentation /liliBuild and analyse financial models to assess project viability and financing structures /liliAnalyse credit documentation, financing terms and covenant packages /liliPrepare credit applications,
