Using our 160 years of Engineering Services expertise, we are helping build the future of electrification, automation and digitisation, and bringing our customers’ plans to life. /p pWe are seeking a highly technical Project Manager / Project Engineer with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and proven experience in industrial assembly, installation and relocation projects. /p pThis role is ideal for a customer-facing professional from the automotive, manufacturing or heavy industry sectors, who combines strong technical expertise with negotiation skills and a hands‑on approach to project execution. /p pThe position requires frequent travel across Spain and occasional interaction with international customers and project teams. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liManage industrial assembly, installation and relocation projects from planning phase to execution and commissioning. /li liCoordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers across different locations in Spain. /li liAct as the main point of contact for external customers during project execution. /li liEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality and safety standards. /li liManage project costs, resources, schedules, risks and targets. /li liLead technical discussions with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. /li liSupport tendering, supplier selection, quotations and contract negotiations. /li liIdentify technical issues on site and coordinate practical solutions.



/li liEnsure clear communication between customers, site teams and internal departments. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field. /li liMinimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial projects. /li liStrong experience in industrial assembly, installation, commissioning or equipment relocation. /li liBackground in automotive, manufacturing, FMCG, heavy industry or process industry. /li liExperience working directly with external customers, contractors and suppliers. /li liStrong technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical installations. /li liProven experience managing budgets, schedules, resources and project risks. /li liStrong negotiation skills and ability to manage demanding stakeholders. /li liHands‑on mindset and willingness to spend significant time on site. /li liAvailability to travel frequently across Spain and occasionally internationally. /li liFluent in Spanish; proficiency in English is required for international client interactions. French or other language would be an advantage. /li liStrong communication, problem‑solving and leadership skills.
