ph3Position Overview /h3 pbDepartment: /b Property /p pbLocation: /b Madrid, Spain /p pbEmployment type: /b Indefinite /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement construction strategies for new hotel projects, renovations, and expansions, ensuring all projects align with brand standards, operational requirements, and financial targets. /li liUpdate and monitor project KPIs for schedule, budget, quality, and safety, and oversee project lifecycle from feasibility and design development through construction, commissioning, and handover. /li liReview and approve construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans in liaison with the Central Services Department. /li liWork closely with structural team, construction team, MEP, Civil, Architectural, Interior planning and procurement central services teams, as well as with Sustainability team, and collaborate with Operations teams to ensure minimal disruption during renovations or openings, and with the Health Safety department to ensure that safety standards and principles are applied, monitored and controlled during all phases of the project. /li liLead, mentor, and develop construction managers, engineers, and site teams, and manage external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives. /li liManage construction budgets, contracts, procurement, and cost control measures in liaison with the Central Services Department,
