Reporting directly to the CEO – Hotels Resorts, this executive role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing commercial performance, and building a scalable Sales Revenue organization to support the expansion of our portfolio fromb 10 to 30 properties. /b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Commercial Strategy Leadership /h3 ul liDevelop and execute the global Sales Revenue strategy across the Hotels Resorts portfolio. /li liBuild and lead a high-performing, scalable commercial organization. /li liSet commercial objectives, KPIs, and performance standards across all properties. /li liPartner closely with General Managers, Marketing, Finance, Development, and Operations to maximize business performance. /li liRepresent the company at international trade shows, sales missions, and industry events. /li /ul h3Sales Distribution /h3 pLead the commercial strategy across all revenue-generating channels, including: /p ul liGlobal Sales /li liMICE /li liLeisure /li liCorporate General Key Accounts /li liRepresentation Offices /li liLuxury Consortia /li liWholesalers Bedbanks /li liOTA Partnerships /li /ul pDrive strategic partnerships,



negotiate commercial agreements, and optimize channel performance while protecting rate integrity and profitability. /p h3Revenue Management /h3 ul liLead the group-wide Revenue Management strategy. /li liOversee pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and segmentation. /li liImplement best practices and scalable commercial systems across the portfolio. /li liMonitor RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total revenue performance while ensuring consistent commercial standards. /li /ul h3Budgeting Performance /h3 ul liOwn the Sales Revenue budgeting and forecasting process. /li liDevelop Annual Commercial Plans together with hotel leadership. /li liAnalyze commercial performance, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus). /li li10–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in hotel Sales, Revenue Management, or Commercial roles, ideally within luxury hospitality. /li liProven experience managing multi-property or regional commercial operations. /li liStrong expertise across Revenue Management, Global Sales, MICE, Leisure, Key Accounts, Distribution, Consortia, Wholesalers, Bedbanks, and OTA channels. /li liDemonstrated success building and leading high-performing commercial teams in a fast-growing environment. /li liExcellent commercial acumen, leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. /li liFluent in English; additional European languages (Spanish, French, or Italian) are an advantage. /li liWillingness to travel extensively across Europe and international markets. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
