In this role you drive end-to-end growth across core markets by optimizing paid acquisition and CRO for landing pages. You’ll lead a cross-functional team to improve conversion across the funnel, balancing experimentation with scalable improvements. You’ll transform insights into action, shaping paid strategies and page experiences in a fast-growing, data-driven environment. This is an opportunity to influence how Revolut scales with measurable impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own growth and performance across paid channels for core markets, including budget allocation and campaign optimization
• Lead landing page creation and optimisation for paid traffic; manage CRO testing roadmap from ideation to analysis
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, CRM/CMS, and web teams to improve layout, journey, and funnel conversion




• Drive technical/process projects enabling faster landing page changes and scalable experimentation
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion efficiency beyond media buying (messaging, page structure, forms, funnel experience)

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or relevant academic exposure
• Degree in business, marketing, data, computer science, or related field
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, and GTM
• Knowledge of web attribution and experimentation frameworks xqbhyrx (incrementality testing)
• Strong data analysis and solving quantitative problems
• Solid understanding of CRO and landing page optimisation
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
• KPI-driven mindset with measurable outcomes
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Impeccable communication and project management skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Fluency in English
