ppZurich Cover-More is a global leader in travel insurance and assistance, operating under the Zurich Insurance Group. bWe are seeking an Audit Manager /b to support the integration of the newly acquired Travel Guard business and to lead audit activities across the expanded Zurich Cover-More organization. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssess and execute audit activities related to the integral integration. /li liImplement interim and target-state audit frameworks. /li liLead risk assessment and audit planning, including scoping and identification of key risks. /li liApply Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI to audit work. /li liManage day‑to‑day stakeholder relationships and build strong working partnerships. /li liDevelop high‑quality audit reports with business impact analysis and root‑cause findings. /li liCo‑create a leading audit function utilizing innovative audit approaches, Agile methods, and new‑world skills. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or professional qualification (CPA, CIA, CISA, MBA or equivalent). /li li6+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance within the insurance industry, or 8+ years of experience in insurance business positions. /li liGood understanding of insurance business; experience with travel insurance is a plus. /li liStrong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, methodology, and internal control frameworks; excellent report‑writing skills. /li liExtensive experience in complex, fast‑moving, international organizations.
