This role is critical for owning and continuously improving key parts of the rider journey. You will be responsible for identifying friction points and unmet needs to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction across our customer-facing platform. /p h3bYOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: /b /h3 ul liEnd to end own and continuously improve key parts of the rider journey. /li liIdentify friction points, drop-offs, and unmet needs using data, research, and direct user feedback. /li liDrive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. /li liTranslate business goals and user insights into clear problem statements and high-impact opportunities /li liValidate ideas through experiments, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making. /li liBalance short-term wins with long-term platform improvements. /li liBuild strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and other teams /li liAlign stakeholders around clear goals and success metrics. /li liCommunicate vision, progress, and trade-offs effectively. /li /ul h3bTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: /b /h3 ul li7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, within a fast-paced environment on a multi million customer facing product such as mobility, food delivery etc /li liStrong, proven experience with discovery and delivery. Proficient experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform and drive product decisions /li liA passion for creating simple, user-friendly, and highly effective products. /li liExceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate user problems, data evidence, target audience and suggested solutions.
