The Conference and Events Sales Executive will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business. Specifically, a Conference and Events Sales Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: /pbr/bWhat will I be doing? /bulliReceive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue /liliSeek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team /liliSpecial focus on selling events (to local clients) in hotel's venues Purobeach, Aürt and Mai /liliManage an events schedule to maximise yield /liliFocus on a consistently executed up-selling approach /liliBuild strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs /liliArrange and carry out Hotel show rounds /liliEnsure the complete administration and execution of all planned events /liliParticipate in hotel promotional activities /li /ulpstrongWhat are we looking for? /strongbr/A Conference and Events Sales Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
