This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their recruitment career who is eager to learn, develop, and gain hands-on experience recruiting artists and production professionals within an international creative company. /ph3Job Description /h3pAs a Junior VFX Recruiter, you will support the day-to-day recruitment activities across the studio, helping us attract and hire exceptional talent from around the world. /ppThis role is adecuado for someone who is highly organised, enjoys connecting with people, has excellent attention to detail, and is looking to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition. An interest in the VFX, animation, gaming, or creative industries would be a real advantage. /ppThis is a full-time, permanent position based in our Milan office. As we work with colleagues and freelancers from all over the world, a high level of spoken and written English is essential. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the recruitment process across artistic, production, and technical roles. /liliPost vacancies across job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. /liliReview CVs, portfolios, and demo reels against role requirements. /liliSource candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and industry networks.
