Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager - Token Factory based in Spain. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliLead cross-functional technical projects involving infrastructure deployments, platform improvements, regional expansions, and engineering initiatives. /liliCoordinate the end-to-end delivery of AI platform capabilities, ensuring technical readiness, successful implementation, and timely execution. /liliDevelop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks. /liliPartner closely with engineering leaders, technical specialists, infrastructure, networking, security, site reliability, and product teams to align priorities and execution. /liliFacilitate technical discussions, decision-making processes, and project governance while ensuring clear ownership and accountability across teams. /liliMonitor project progress, resolve blockers, and communicate status updates to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. /liliDrive continuous improvements to project management methodologies, engineering workflows, and operational processes to enhance predictability and efficiency. /liliSupport incident coordination, document technical decisions, and ensure effective follow-up actions after key milestones or operational events. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience managing complex technical projects within software engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related technical environments. /liliStrong project management skills with the ability to transform ambiguous initiatives into structured execution plans. /liliDemonstrated expertise managing multiple concurrent workstreams, complex dependencies, priorities, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
