ph3Senior Composites Manufacturing Engineer /h3 pNow, we’re searching for a talented Composites Engineer to join our dynamic team. /p pbWe are looking for /b /p ul liA composites ninja who is passionate about manufacturing. /li liAutomotive lovers who want to shape the future of mobility. /li /ul pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liDeliver effective management on individual projects. /li liAnalysis quality issues in projects. /li liReview designs to identify potential errors or critical points, and document recommended solutions. /li liDevelop and design additional components and prepare relevant documentation. /li liSelect materials considering manufacturer and/or supplier availability. /li liCompile and select technical regulations, standards, and norms. /li liProvide end‑to‑end customer support, from the development phase to serial production, including supplier management, component manufacturing, and on‑site assembly assistance. /li liConduct research and information gathering, including articles and datasheets. /li liWork collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully. /li liComplete the corresponding 4C and QR documents. /li liVisit clients/suppliers when necessary. /li liAssist in the development of new processes and procedures across teams. /li liImplement and maintain rigorous engineering process methodology within the manufacturing team. /li liLead Practical Problem‑Solving (PPS) activities to address Quality Concern Reports (QCR).
