You drive end-to-end delivery, align stakeholders, and scale GenAI capabilities across regulated industries. You work closely with clients and delivery teams to shape data-driven narratives and outcomes, fostering a culture of mentorship and continuous learning. Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in top-tier consulting or tech/digital transformation through AI-enabled solutions
• Proven delivery of value through transformation projects with technical components
• 2+ years xqbhyrx of project management and leadership experience
• Strong relationship-building across seniority levels
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking for AI-driven solutions
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Some technical knowledge of AI or software development
• Commitment to inclusivity and team development
• Fluency in Spanish and English
