You will become part of an engineering environment focused on improving how software is tested by designing automation frameworks, reusable testing tools, and technical solutions that support QA engineers and development teams. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining software engineering and quality practices: building automation solutions, improving testing processes, working with modern technologies, and helping teams adopt more efficient ways of delivering reliable software. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliDesign, develop, maintain, and evolve test automation frameworks, libraries, and reusable testing solutions. /liliBuild automation capabilities for backend/API testing, frontend testing, end‑to‑end workflows, integration testing, and regression testing. /liliCreate scalable and maintainable automation solutions using technologies such as Playwright, TypeScript, Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks. /liliDevelop reusable components and tools that help QA engineers and development teams improve testing efficiency. /liliIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows. /liliCollaborate with QA engineers to understand testing challenges and translate their needs into technical solutions.
/liliApply software engineering best practices to automation projects, including clean code, documentation, maintainability, and reliability. /liliUse AI‑assisted tools to improve automation development, test generation, debugging, documentation, and productivity. /liliContribute to the evolution towards more modern, scalable, and AI‑augmented quality engineering practices. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulliStrong experience in test automation, software development, or engineering roles focused on quality tooling. /liliStrong programming skills in at least one relevant language such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar. /liliExperience designing, building, or maintaining automated test frameworks or reusable testing solutions. /liliSolid understanding of backend/API testing, frontend testing, integration testing, and regression testing approaches. /liliExperience working with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent technologies. /liliAbility to write clean, maintainable, and well‑structured code. /liliUnderstanding of CI/CD concepts and experience integrating automated tests into development pipelines. /liliExperience working with GitHub and CI/CD workflows, ideally GitHub Actions. /liliAI literacy, including familiarity with AI‑assisted tools, AI agents, or practical use of AI to improve automation, debugging, documentation, or development workflows. /liliAbility to collaborate effectively with QA engineers and developers, understanding technical needs and proposing practical solutions. /liliExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
