ppA 360° role where you'll combine HR operations, recruitment, and day-to-day office management at our Barcelona office. /p h3Your mission /h3 pYou will be the go-to HR person at our Barcelona office: someone resourceful, approachable, and organized who supports teams throughout the full employee lifecycle and ensures the office runs smoothly. Your role blends the strategic with the operational — from attracting talent to ensuring legal compliance and a great day-to-day work environment. /p h3Day-to-day Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage end-to-end recruitment processes across different profiles and teams. /li liPrepare and review employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and Social Security registrations. /li liCoordinate and deliver the onboarding program for new joiners in Barcelona. /li liAct as the main HR point of contact for local employees and their day-to-day queries. /li liMonitor Spanish labor regulations and ensure compliance across people processes. /li liLiaise with external labor advisors or legal counsel on payroll and contract matters. /li liManage the operational needs of the office: spaces, vendors, supplies, and services.
