As our bAnalytics Engineer /b, you’ll sit at the intersection of data and business: turning questions from across the company into clear, reliable answers, and building the foundations that make every team smarter. You’ll have a real impact from day one. /p ul liBe the data partner for Commercial, Operations Product, and Leadership teams understanding their questions and turning them into data deliverables that actually get used. /li liDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. /li liHelp define and implement our data models and data warehouse layer.



/li liBuild and maintain ELT pipelines to support analytics needs across the company. /li liSet up monitoring, documentation, and quality checks to ensure data you publish is data people can trust. /li liUse AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive data tasks, and surface insights faster across the business. /li liContribute to building a data-driven culture — helping teams ask better questions and interpret results with confidence. /li liCollaborate with the Data team to improve our modern data stack and shared tooling. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li3+ years of hands-on experience in a data-related role (Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, BI Analyst, or similar). /li liStrong SQL skills, capable of writing complex queries across multiple tables. /li liComfortable using Python for data manipulation and analysis /li liExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar. /li liExperience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse). /li liAbility to translate business questions into data requirements and results back into business language. /li liFamiliarity with dbt or similar data modeling tools is a strong plus. /li liComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment — proactive, hands-on, and ready to take ownership.
