Their technology is designed to support modern defence operations through speed, precision, and cost‑effective innovation. /p pThis is an opportunity to work on complex, high‑performance aerospace systems and contribute to the future of flight. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liCreate detailed CAD designs, including part modelling, assemblies, drafting, and technical drawings /li liWork with Siemens NX or similar CAD tools /li liApply strong mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals /li liUse Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, GDT, in design work /li liDesign with manufacturing and assembly in mind, applying DFM and DFA principles /li liUse engineering analysis tools such as FEA/FEM where required /li liWork with PLM systems such as Teamcenter /li liProduce clear technical documentation /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, production,
and supplier teams /li liManage multiple design activities and projects in a fast‑paced environment /li liSupport the development of precision mechanical systems across the full product lifecycle /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering /li li3+ years of mechanical design experience in a precision engineering environment /li liStrong experience with CAD design, ideally Siemens NX or similar /li liGood understanding of mechanical design for high‑performance or safety‑critical systems /li liExperience with GDT, DFM, DFA, and technical documentation /li liExposure to FEA/FEM tools /li liExperience working with technical suppliers to ensure design requirements are met /li liExperience supporting products across the full lifecycle /li liAerospace, defence, or military‑spec product experience would be highly advantageous /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou enjoy solving complex engineering challenges and thrive in a fast‑moving technical environment.
