This is a high‑impact role where you will partner across the business to ensure controls are robust, practical, and fit for purpose—while supporting commercial agility. /p pYou will work closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Senior Management, acting as a trusted advisor and independent voice to enhance governance, risk awareness, and overall control effectiveness. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, enhance, and implement a robust yet pragmatic control framework tailored to an energy trading business /li liIdentify control gaps, assess risks,
