ppAt bAbout Your Talent /b, we are partnering with a bhealthcare scale-up /b to identify their next bDirector of Operations Transformation (COO) /b. This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a key mandate to professionalize the organization, drive operational excellence, and lead the execution of the company's next stage of growth. /p pThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming the business into a scalable, process-driven organization, working closely with the CEO, the Board of Directors, the clinical leadership team, and key strategic partners. /p h3Mission of the Role /h3 pThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's operational transformation, designing and implementing a scalable operating model capable of supporting sustainable growth. /p pThis individual will play a key role in translating the company's strategic vision into clear execution plans by establishing robust governance structures, operational processes, performance management systems, and reporting frameworks while preserving the agility and entrepreneurial mindset that define a fast‑growing scale‑up. /p pIn addition, this role will act as the central point of coordination for the company's most strategic initiatives, aligning business, clinical and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and operational excellence. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pThis is a broad leadership role that combines organizational transformation, operational excellence and hands‑on execution. /p h3Operating Model Design and Organizational Transformation /h3 pThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable operating model that supports the company's continued growth. This will include defining governance structures, operational processes, decision‑making frameworks and performance management systems that enable efficient execution across the organization. /p pThe role will also lead the professionalization of the business by establishing clear roles, responsibilities and accountability mechanisms, reducing operational dependency on the founders while building a strong foundation for long‑term growth.



/p h3Strategic Project Execution /h3 pThe Director of Operations Transformation will lead the execution of the company's key strategic initiatives, including hospital partnerships, clinical implementations, new service launches and operational improvement projects. /p pThis includes developing detailed project plans, defining milestones, budgets, responsibilities and KPIs, monitoring execution, proactively identifying risks and ensuring that strategic initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. /p h3Operational Excellence and Clinical Quality /h3 pWorking closely with the clinical leadership team, the successful candidate will help standardize clinical and operational processes while supporting continuous improvements in patient experience, quality and safety. /p pThe role will contribute to the implementation of clinical governance structures, operational standards and performance monitoring systems that ensure sustainable growth without compromising clinical excellence. /p h3Performance Reporting and Business Intelligence /h3 pThe successful candidate will lead the development of robust reporting frameworks that provide visibility across operational, financial, commercial and clinical performance. /p pThis includes designing dashboards, KPIs and management reports that support informed decision‑making by the executive team and the Board of Directors. /p h3Supporting Business Growth /h3 pWorking alongside the CEO, this role will support the company's expansion strategy by contributing to business planning, budgeting, financial analysis and the evaluation of new growth opportunities. /p pThe position will also play an important role in developing strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem while ensuring that operational decisions remain aligned with long‑term value creation.



/p h3Organizational Development and Leadership /h3 pThe successful candidate will build and strengthen the operational capabilities required to support the company's next stage of growth. This includes identifying talent needs, developing organizational structures and implementing management practices that foster accountability, collaboration and execution excellence. /p h3Candidate Profile /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences or a related field. An MBA or other postgraduate qualification will be considered a strong advantage. /p h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum of 8 years of experience in operations, transformation, hospital management, corporate development or consulting within the healthcare sector. /li liProven experience leading complex operational transformation and organizational change initiatives. /li liExperience working with hospitals, healthcare providers or highly regulated healthcare environments. /li liStrong background in implementing operating models, governance structures, KPIs and management reporting systems. /li liExperience in strategic planning, budgeting and business performance management. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and work effectively with executive leadership teams. /li liPrevious experience within a high‑growth or scale‑up environment will be highly valued. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liFluent English; Spanish will be considered a strong advantage. /li liStrong analytical skills with a results‑oriented mindset. /li liExcellent planning, organizational and execution capabilities. /li liAbility to translate strategy into structured action plans and deliver measurable results. /li liStrong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership, Boards of Directors, clinical teams and external partners. /li liHigh attention to detail, strong prioritization skills and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build structure while maintaining the agility required in a growing scale‑up. /li liWillingness to travel to partner hospitals and healthcare organizations as required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
