We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Dutch -Speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new B2B business opportunities within the Dutch-speaking market. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients in Dutch-speaking markets.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to defined criteria.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM.




- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Requirements

- Fluent Dutch (C1 or native level) and professional English proficiency.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a hunter mentality.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
