ph3The role: Deployment Strategist /h3 pAs a Deployment Strategist, you own one or multiple client accounts end-to-end. You are fully responsible for delivery quality, client satisfaction, and long-term expansion potential. /p pYou operate as the project owner: leading implementation, structuring the work, driving timelines, and maintaining an active and strategic client relationship. /p pIn practice, that means: /p ul liOwning accounts deployments end-to-end, from kickoff to delivery /li liLeading weekly client meetings and managing the day-to-day project flow /li liDriving implementation forward, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met /li liActing as the main point of contact for the client, including in critical moments /li liStructuring and supervising Associate work, ensuring high-quality execution /li liDeciding whether additional Associate support is required or whether execution can be handled independently /li liProviding active feedback and mentorship to Associates, with the objective of developing future Deployment Strategists /li /ul pYou report directly to the GTM Engagement Manager for: /p ul liAlignment on priorities across accounts /li liSecuring or resizing Associate support /li liSupport in high-stakes client situations /li liEnsuring overall delivery quality and timeline commitments /li /ul h3Who we’re looking for /h3 pWe’re looking for profiles with 2–4 years of experience who are ready to take full ownership of client engagements and drive real outcomes. /p pFluency in English is required (Spanish is not!).
