ppDo you want to lead high-impact Industry 4.0 programs for integral manufacturing leaders? This multi-year program focuses on modernising automation platforms, OT infrastructure, MES/MOM layers, and related digital systems. /p pIn addition to this core assignment, you will also lead automation projects and digital transformation programs for other AGS clients across EMEA. /p pThis role requires a combination of strategic leadership, political awareness, and technical affinity, especially with automation systems. /p h3What you will do /h3 h3Life Cycle Management Program /h3 ul liLead the full LCM program, including automation upgrades, obsolescence management, OT/IT lifecycle planning. /li liDefine long-term roadmaps, transition strategies, and investment planning together with the client. /li liCoordinate stakeholders across engineering, operations, IT, OT, architecture, cyber security and business. /li liManage risks, dependencies, and prioritisation across all LCM workstreams. /li liEnsure structured governance (SteerCo, recurring alignment meetings, progress reporting, roadmap updates). /li liAlign priorities and secure buy-in in complex political landscapes. /li liTranslate technical concepts into clear business decisions for senior leaders. /li liTrack budgets, resource planning, capacity, and program forecasts at multi-stream level. /li liEscalate proactively when needed and drive issue resolution. /li /ul h3Automation Digital Transformation Projects (Multiple Clients) /h3 ul liManage or oversee automation projects (PLC/SCADA/DCS migrations).



/li liLead digital programs/projects for other clients, including MES/MOM, data platforms, IIoT, connectivity, and cyber security. /li liCoordinate with architects, automation experts, data specialists, MES engineers, system integrators, and suppliers. /li /ul h3What we expect from our new colleague /h3 ul liPolitically intelligent and comfortable navigating complex stakeholder dynamics. /li liAble to simplify complexity and bring structure in high-pressure environments. /li liStrong communicator who can influence without authority and align diverse teams. /li liTechnically literate comfortable discussing automation, IIoT, architectures, MES/MOM, data platforms, and OT/IT. /li liStrategic in vision but willing to be hands-on when needed. /li liProactive, structured, reliable, and focused on delivering outcomes. /li /ul h3The wish list for a Project Manager /h3 ul li5–10 years’ experience in program or project leadership in automation, digitalisation, or Industry 4.0. /li liStrong technical affinity or background in automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS,…). /li liExperience leading multi-stream programs within a manufacturing, automation, or OT/IT context. /li liExperience engaging senior stakeholders and managing politically sensitive situations. /li liAbility to interpret system architectures and understand technical constraints. /li liFluent in Spanish and English. /li liBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Automation, IT, or similar.
