In this role, you will lead the Guess e-commerce marketing efforts to drive traffic, acquisitions and revenue through paid and organic channels. You will oversee the Performance Marketing team and coordinate with creative and content teams to optimize campaigns and assets. You will partner with an SEO lead and agency to grow organic visibility and rankings, while monitoring KPIs and driving data-driven optimisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape growth initiatives and deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic/display networks, and affiliate channels
• Manage media budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics
• Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies for awareness, consideration and conversion
• Perform audience segmentation, retargeting and lifecycle campaigns




• Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare performance dashboards/reports
• Lead A/B testing for ads, landing pages, creatives and funnels
• Coordinate with creative/content teams on assets and messaging
• Identify growth opportunities via data analysis and experimentation
• Collaborate with SEO initiatives with the SEO lead and external agency
• Support and oversee the Performance Marketing team activities

Responsabilidades
• experience managing paid acquisition across multiple xqbhyrx channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic)
• strong budget management and ROI optimization

• SEO collaboration with external agency or internal team
• familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• ability to monitor KPIs and run experiments (A/B tests)
