This role comes with a high rate of exposure to various parts of the business due to regular senior stakeholder engagement. /p h3Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities /h3 ul liExtract, transform and load data from different data sources. /li liWork with existing and new technologies to shape the development of analytical insight delivery. /li liTranslate customer, transactional and behavioral data into key insights and business deliverables. /li liPresent findings to key stakeholders and provide inputs to negotiations on strategies to drive performance across the business.



/li liCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to build data products that enable others to work with reporting effectively and inform decision‑making that solves business problems with data. /li liEngage with key stakeholders to develop key metrics to measure business performance. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications /h3 ul liDemonstrated ability to build solutions and user‑friendly dashboards and reports using BI tools (PowerBI is a plus). /li liExperience working with ETL tools (Databricks is a plus). /li liExperience manipulating data stored in relational databases using SQL (proficiency SQL level required). /li liFamiliar with Agile methodology (JIRA). /li liExperience engaging with key stakeholders. /li liAbility to work as part of a team delivering solutions that can be deployed into production. /li liAbility to take initiative and work independently to manage and deliver end‑to‑end solutions. /li liExcellent experience working in a data‑driven environment. /li liAbility to gather requirements and map business needs to KPI dashboards. /li liCreative, innovative thinker with outstanding problem‑solving skills. /li liMeticulous and thorough, with a healthy respect for quality standards.
