The incumbent will be responsible for: /p pThe Industrial Application Manager drives the identification, development, scale-up, and industrial implementation of processing technologies and technical solutions across assigned categories (e.g., Broths, Soups Stews, Noodles). Acting as a critical interface between Engineering, Operations, RD, and the Technology Transformation Team, the role translates category and platform strategies into robust, scalable, and cost-effective industrial solutions, while accelerating innovation, ensuring compliance, and strengthening long-term manufacturing capabilities. /p h3Key Responsibilities:



/h3 h3Technology Process Transformation /h3 pLead industrial application and deployment of new or enhanced processing technologies, from early feasibility and proof of concept through industrial validation and scaling. /p pSupport Engineering teams in the design of new facilities or the adaptation of existing production lines to meet evolving category and technology requirements. /p pScout, evaluate, and assess emerging industrial, processing, and manufacturing technologies, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, sustainability benefits, and business relevance. /p pPlan and execute proofs of concept, pilot trials, and industrial tests to evaluate technical performance, robustness, and cost effectiveness at early and advanced development stages. /p pDefine process specifications, equipment requirements, and sizing assumptions to support early investment decisions and industrial concepts. /p pEnsure smooth technology transfer into factories, supporting commissioning and ramp-up. /p h3Cost, Performance Optimization /h3 pAnalyze and quantify cost impacts, efficiency gains, yield improvements, and capacity effects derived from new technologies and process changes. /p pIdentify and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, process simplification, resource efficiency, and performance stability. /p h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 pAct as a technical integrator between Technology Transformation, Engineering, RD, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams across factories. /p pTranslate business, regulatory, quality, and nutritional requirements into clear and executable industrial and technical solutions. /p pSupport project governance by aligning quality, cost, timing, and risk management objectives. /p h3External Partnerships Knowledge Management /h3 pManage relationships with equipment suppliers, technology providers, and external partners, including technical alignment, trials,
