Run what runs the world. /p pThis Position reports to: /p pNewCo Reference Job /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pParticipate in Product Development and Project Support for PV projects all around the world. /p pYou will become part of a high-performance team responsible for the PV control support of power converters and power plant controllers, that are manufactured by the company, for PV plants. /p pIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liControl system design simulation ul liDesign, develop and optimize control algorithms for photovoltaic inverters /li liPerform simulation and modeling of power electronics control systems using MATLAB/Simulink /li liAnalyze system behavior under different operating conditions and grid scenarios /li /ul /li liTesting validation ul liParticipate in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) validation activities /li liSupport testing campaigns on power electronics test benches /li liAnalyze test results and propose design improvements based on findings /li /ul /li liTechnical documentation ul liPrepare and maintain technical documentation including functional specifications, design reports and test protocols /li liEnsure documentation complies with internal standards and customer requirements /li /ul /li liCustomer interface field support ul liAct as technical interface with customers for control-related inquiries /li liProvide engineering support for field incidents and troubleshooting /li liCollaborate with field service teams to resolve technical issues efficiently /li /ul /li liCross-functional collaboration ul liWork closely with other Technology teams /li liContribute to continuous improvement of control strategies and product performance /li /ul /li /ul h3Our Team Dynamics /h3 pOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
