In this role you lead a general engineering team responsible for the yaw system—the bearings, drives, motors, brakes, HPU, and bolted joints—driving innovation and lifecycle health. You’ll oversee NTI/NPI-to-fleet support, ensure robust design, and partner across functions to integrate yaw technology into the wind fleet. You will shape strategy, develop talent, and push for lean, safe, high-quality delivery at scale. This is a unique chance to influence critical turbine subsystems and customer outcomes.

• Define and execute business priorities using LEAN methodologies to improve operations
• Provide technical leadership across a global team, steering design, validation, and deployment of yaw system solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Systems Engineering, Program Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Installation u0026 Commissioning, and Fleet Performance Management
• Manage supplier relationships,



especially Build-to-Spec partners, and present technical findings to senior leadership and customers
• Develop and own the yaw system validation roadmap and invest in component-level test capabilities to improve validation efficiency
• Drive strategic supplier and technical roadmaps for test equipment and validation plans
• Communicate complex engineering data effectively to internal and external stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering xqbhyrx or related discipline and 10 years of experience
• Professional engineering experience including formal people leadership
• Wind industry experience preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred
