We are currently looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and sales-oriented person to join our store in Barcelona /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liWelcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process. /li liProvide personalised advice based on each customer’s needs. /li liContribute to achieving individual and store sales targets. /li liDeliver a high standard of customer service. /li liSupport product replenishment and ensure products are correctly displayed. /li liAssist with visual merchandising activities.



/li liManage cash desk operations and daily store activities. /li liSupport the receipt, control and organisation of stock. /li liHelp maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment in line with company standards. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liPrevious experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail. /li liStrong customer focus and results-oriented mindset. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liPositive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team. /li liFlexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. /li liGood level of Spanish and English.
