ph3Job Purpose /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support IT and digital projects with a stronger focus on technical environments such as AI, cloud, and automation. /p pYou will act as a key bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and efficient project delivery, while also contributing with your technical understanding and hands‑on approach. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and technical projects (AI, cloud, automation) /li liTrack project progress, milestones, risks, and budgets /li liAct as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, data, cloud, development) /li liTranslate business needs into actionable technical tasks for IT teams /li liSupport basic technical activities such as data handling, scripting, or automation when relevant /li liWork with tools and platforms such as Power Automate and AI solutions to improve workflows /li liPrepare project reports, dashboards, and insights (Excel, Power BI when needed) /li liOrganize project meetings, follow‑ups, and documentation /li liCoordinate timelines and resources across multiple projects /li liContribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI‑driven use cases /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar /li liStrong interest and initial hands‑on exposure to technical environments (AI, cloud, or development) /li liKnowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python or similar)
