Join Celonis to shape AI-powered system transformations. You’ll own end-to-end product development, prototyping on the platform, and delivering deployable solutions across the enterprise modernization journey. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn bold visions into adopted products. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, design-and-build, customer-centric environment with a clear impact on how customers transform their processes. This role offers hands-on building at the frontier of enterprise AI and process intelligence, with tangible outcomes for customers and the business.

• Drive the full product development lifecycle from ideation to scaling across customers
• Partner with platform PMs, engineers,



and partners to influence core capabilities
• Collaborate with GTM, UX, and customers to ensure adoption and scalability

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as a product engineer, technical product manager, or hybrid builder role
• Track record of delivering coherent product offerings, not just features
• Technical fluency in data (SQL, PQL, Python, MCP, Agents) and prototyping
• Preferably knowledge of SAP system composition (functional or SAP base)
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, system landscapes, and integrations
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity with entrepreneurial, action-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration with customers and stakeholders
• Strong English; German a plus
