Steady client pipeline, tight crews, and a focus on doing things properly. /p h3The role /h3 pYou will be overseeing day‑to‑day site operations supporting the Construction Manager, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, to the highest quality standards and with minimal environmental impact. /p h3Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. /li liLead and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. /li liMonitor and maintain quality standards in line with project specifications, codes, and quality management systems. /li liManage and support site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. /li liOversee daily site operations, including critical construction activities, inspections, and quality checks. /li liMaintain accurate project records and provide regular progress reports to project and senior management teams.



/li liCoordinate site mobilisation, logistics, plant, equipment, and resource allocation to support efficient project delivery. /li liEnsure environmental management practices are implemented and maintained across all site activities. /li liBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. /li liMonitor labour, plant, equipment, and material utilisation to support productivity and cost-control objectives. /li liEnsure allocated vehicles, plant, and equipment are inspected, maintained, and fit for purpose. /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liDemonstrated experience in foundation, piling, and general construction methodologies. /li liExperienced in the operation of specialised piling equipment, including the Movax piling hammer, Gilbert MultiGrip vibratory driver, and augering equipment. /li liAbility to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings. /li liStrong knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS), environmental, and regulatory requirements. /li liProven ability to deliver high-quality work in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. /li liEffective leadership and team management skills,
