Our brand-new factory in Madrid is suited to bintegrate satellites and constellations /b. /p pWe are looking for a bProject Manager /b with the mission to blead complex space projects /b from bconception to /b successful bexecution /b, bmanaging /b interdisciplinary bteams /b, bcoordinating /b with bstakeholders /b, and bensuring /b projects are bdelivered on time /b, within bbudget /b, and to the highest technical and regulatory standards. /p h3Tasks to be performed: /h3 ul liCoordinate, as main responsible, the complete life of space related projects assigned: planning, execution and closure. /li liEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget with the quality standards and procedures of the company. /li liDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and appropriate risk management. /li liCoordinate project communications, managing the iteration with project stakeholders as subcontractors, partners and customers. /li liUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.



/li liReport and escalation to management as needed. /li liCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation. /li /ul h3Required skills, experience and candidate profile: /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, specialization in Aerospace, or a related field. /li li+3 years of experience as Project Manager, preferably in space, military or aerospace sector. /li liKnowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI methodologies). /li liPrevious experience in space projects desirable. /li liKnowledge of aerospace quality standards desirable. /li liProficient in MS Office Suite. /li liProactive, autonomous and team player. /li liExcellent negotiation and communication skills.
