You’ll work alongside young and talented teammates. /p pYou’ll drive Mainline Infra Signalling Services project/program execution, to maximize the results with respect to cash and margin whilst delivering on time, in conformity with the contract/Program Charter according to Customer/Platform expectations and the requirements on EHS. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Customer / Platform, Partners, Project Team, Line Managers providing resources, Project Office, Support functions (Finance, Tax, Legal, etc..) and other project stakeholders). /p pYou’ll specifically take care of seeking and proposing to the Customer Director/Project Leader/Platform additional opportunities in the frame of the contract Charter, ensuring that Alstom Transport legal and contractual rights are protected. /p h3We’ll Look to You for: /h3 ul liPlan and manage the complete execution of his/her scope from transfer to close out, in line with Contract / Program Charter requirements. /li liLead a Project Team, including Core Team and when applicable Project Managers of internal and external partners - in line with the project structure. /li liPerform project management and contract administration according to Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM),
including proactive risk and opportunity management, and in full compliance with EC rules. /li liEnsure completion of Project / Program Performance goals to meet business objectives and customer / Platform satisfaction. /li liFor Projects: Responsible and accountable for the Project Profit and Loss; For Programs: Respect the budgets and QCD objectives defined during PAB. /li liEnsure optimal quality of project/program execution and reviews. /li liEnsure that critical aspects are identified in reviews and proactively / professionally addressed and followed up. /li liManage the situation of the project / program and its KPIs, and report to senior management, with transparency during the business/sector project reviews or PRB. /li liMake sure that key project stakeholders are aligned towards project/program goals. /li liRepresent Alstom towards Customers and when applicable external stakeholders (Consortium, JV …) /li liEHS: Accountable for the proper implementation of the Alstom policy and Customer / Platform requirements by all stakeholders (internal external) including suppliers and contractors. /li liResponsible to ensure full compliance with Code of Ethics /li liYou will be responsible of the performance measurements of the projects such as: Sales, Physical progress, Gate review Go on time / OTD- GR, GM adjusted and GM, Cash‑in, Customer Satisfaction and EHS when applicable. /li /ul h3All About You /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil or related. /li liLanguage skills:
High level in English is a must. French other language is an asset /li liSpeaking fluent Spanish is needed for this position. /li liPrevious experience of 8 to 10 years of relevant Project Management experience.
