This is a key role where you will drive scalable initiatives, manage a local events and webinars team, handle budget allocation, and align closely with Sales to accelerate pipeline generation and market expansion. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliDesign and execute data-driven demand generation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth in the Italian market. /liliCollaborate with the Marketing Director as a strategic partner and key advisor, influencing business-critical decisions and go-to-market priorities. /liliManage inbound and outbound lead orchestration: own end-to-end strategy and execution of lead orchestration, prioritize lead assignments, ensure collaboration across teams, optimize routing and coverage models, and provide enablement for campaigns. /liliLead Sales Marketing Alignment: lead and mentor a team of professionals to execute high-impact regional events and strategic webinars. /liliOversee the Italian marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and campaign performance. /liliLeverage HubSpot to design and optimize lead nurturing workflows and improve overall CRM effectiveness. /liliAnalyze marketing KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for scalable growth and market expansion.
