ppAt Procare Health, an international pharmaceutical company based in Spain, we are dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative and scientifically proven solutions for women’s health. /p pWe are currently looking for an HR Trainee to join our People HR team and support daily HR operations in a dynamic and international environment. /p pThis is a hands‑on opportunity to gain exposure to different HR areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, internal communication, and HR operations, while working closely with the People team on day‑to‑day activities and ongoing projects. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liSupport recruitment processes, from job postings and CV screening to interview coordination and candidate communication. /li liHelp create a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and interns. /li liAssist with employee documentation, HR databases, and day‑to‑day administrative processes. /li liCollaborate on internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. /li liHelp keep HR trackers and operational follow‑ups up to date. /li liParticipate in ongoing HR and People projects and learn how a People team operates in a fast‑paced international company. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled in a Master’s degree or a degree related to Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration,
