The role reports to the global Software Asset Management function and focuses on maintaining and enhancing the Flexera platform, in‑house SAM tools, and related data platforms. The position requires a broad technical, data‑driven perspective and effective collaboration with stakeholders across Zurich. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliServe as application owner for the SAM technology and data solution, ensuring its effective operation and ongoing enhancement. /liliParticipate in deploying, customizing, supporting, and improving the SAM technology and data platforms. /liliSupport the implementation of the SAM framework by providing technical and data‑driven insights to internal and external customers. /liliApply industry best practices and share lessons learned in tools and data management within the SAM domain. /liliProvide IT operational best practices and insights to facilitate successful rollout of applications across multiple platforms. /liliDemonstrate familiarity with use cases across infrastructure, cloud computing, containerization, and tier‑1 publisher products. /liliMaintain cross‑functional awareness of both downstream and upstream processes related to SAM. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders in IT architecture, governance, security, operations, finance and procurement. /liliCreate and maintain clear, thorough documentation for transparency and knowledge management. /liliSupport and drive implementation of global SAM technology standards, processes, controls, reporting, and monitor performance indicators. /liliTrack and manage workload, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
