Together, the team drives repeat visits and customer lifetime value for our millions of customers across Europe. You will work closely with the CRM Planning, CRM Tech, and local commercial teams. /p pYour work directly impacts how millions of customers experience our brand through email. By executing and reporting on campaigns, you help us stay connected with people and celebrate their memories. /p h3How you embrace curiosity daily /h3 ul lipSet up and deploy email campaigns from start to finish, including target building and scheduling. /p /li lipMonitor and report on campaign performance to find new ways to grow revenue. /p /li lipRun campaign forecasting and update these forecasts regularly. /p /li lipLook for opportunities to personalize campaigns and grow our mailable customer base. /p /li lipWork with the CRM Tech team daily to make our operational processes better. /p /li lipTry new ideas by executing test and learn strategies with the planning team. /p /li /ul h3How you make your mark /h3 ul lipHelp increase customer lifetime value across Europe through engaging email campaigns. /p /li lipDeliver accurate campaign forecasts that guide our commercial decisions. /p /li lipImprove team efficiency by contributing to projects that optimize how we work. /p /li lipProtect and expand our mailable customer base through smart data choices. /p /li lipShare insights from performance reports to help the team make better strategic adjustments. /p /li lipHelp the business grow by testing new creative requirements and marketing trends.
