We’re not just building better Workday solutions— we’re building a company where talented people thrive. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliServe as a subject matter expert in a variety of strategic, high-impact projects from strategic planning through stabilization with no supervision. /liliProvide subject matter expertise regarding key process decisions related to industry and areas of expertise. /liliLead multiple concurrent large, complex Workday solutions and projects for a general customer base. Design, configure, test, and implement business requirements across multiple Workday Financial module(s). /liliManage the project scope, quality, timeline, communication, and overall delivery. Provide oversight, guidance, instruction, learning opportunities, and coaching to team members. /liliConduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals. Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements. /liliConsult to touch points, dependencies, and integration aspects across multiple area(s) of Workday to provide a comprehensive solution to clients. /liliUnderstand different country regulatory and statutory requirements and how these can be met with Workday. /liliLead portions of client sales meetings as a Subject Matter Expert; scope potential projects for area(s) of expertise. /liliWork across internal teams and clients to identify and resolve all issues that may impact project scope and/or Go Live; ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets. /liliFrequently discuss and articulate lessons learned from previous experience, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv's Point of View. /liliStrive to innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively. /liliContribute to the organization's knowledge management repository through formal and informal avenues (ex: QA, documented deliverables, facilitation of Workday knowledge sharing sessions, regularly posting best practices, etc). /liliAct as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members. /liliMeet key performance indicators set for this role (ex: utilization target, service level agreements, customer satisfaction scores, etc). /liliWork in a fast-paced environment that requires tasks to be completed quickly and accurately. /liliDemonstrate Kognitiv's core value, "act like an owner", in all aspects of work.
/li /ululliDeeper FDM and P2P skillsets will be the most beneficial as those are included in most if not all financials implementations for clients. /liliIf the candidate knows the tax area of Workday that would be hugely beneficial because of the complexity in Europe and in Workday - this is a very hard skillset to find however. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli6+ years' experience as a consultant leading and deploying Workday implementations or supporting Workday Post-Production / AMS Services. /liliDeep knowledge of Workday Core Financials/Security/Reporting as well as two additional modules (Procurement, Suppliers, Projects. Expenses, FDM/Financial Accounting with Advanced Financial Reporting, Customers and Customer Billing, Education and Government, Prism, BIRT). /liliAbility to lead workstream(s) on large scale projects (acquisition, phase X, etc) for the full project lifecycle – from initial scoping/planning, discovery, design, testing, and go live. /liliBroad business and technology understanding and a deep awareness of industry trendsin Enterprise Resource Planning, Accounting, and/or Financials. /liliProven ability to influence a wide variety of audiences, including clients, employees, and executive management. /liliDemonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships. /liliExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment. /liliAbility to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision. Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals. /liliExperience managing global teams, whether in a people management or program/project management capacity. /liliProven ability to see around corners and understand both the big picture and individual needs. /liliUnderstanding of scope and details of a project plan. Possess the ability to identify and communicate risks, issues, performance concerns, the need for resources, etc to internal and external stakeholders. /liliExperience implementing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities while keeping a high attention to detail. /liliAbility to be effectively and actively leading multiple, concurrent projects. Demonstrated ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision.
/liliWillingness and ability to mentor, coach and direct other consultants. /liliAble to come up with improvements in tools and/or processes to help the practice. /liliUnderstanding the importance of client satisfaction and can apply it in the process of servicing the client. Communicates client feedback to senior team members.
