ppbJob Type: /bPermanent Employment, Full Time /p pbReporting Line: /bIT Business Application Manager, Europe /p pbLanguages Required: /bEnglish and Spanish (Must) /p h3ABOUT MIDEA EUROPE /h3 ul liWork location is at Midea Europe HQ: Paseo de la Castellana, 85, 9th Floor, 28046 Madrid, Spain. /li /ul h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pThe Business Applications Functional Analyst is responsible for ensuring that business applications meet the strategic objectives and operational requirements of the organization, translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul libSupport EU ERP Rollout: /bSupport ERP project promotion and deployment across European sites, master business knowledge and system functions in at least one business domain, and coordinate with business project managers to oversee project implementation. /li libERP Continuous Improvement: /bBe responsible for ERP system operation and maintenance after project go-live, and drive continuous improvement of business processes and system functions. /li libBusiness Requirement Management: /bAnalyze and optimize business processes; collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements; translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams. /li libSolution Delivery: /bCoordinate with Group IT development teams to implement solutions, and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet specified requirements. /li libDocumentation Management: /bCreate and maintain complete project documentation, including functional design documents, process flowcharts, and user manuals. /li libUser Adoption Support: /bProvide end-user training and support to ensure successful application adoption.



/li /ul h3KEY REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liEducation: a bachelor’s degree in science, computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. /li liSkills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both business operations and information technology. /li liExperience: Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of ERP systems, database systems, and data analysis. /li liLanguage: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
