You will provide strategic financial guidance, oversee financial operations, and partner with cross-functional teams to support informed business decisions and sustainable growth. /p pThis position requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. /li liPrepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and business performance indicators. /li liDevelop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. /li liMonitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency. /li liEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, tax regulations, and company policies. /li liManage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk. /li liPartner with commercial, operations, HR, and other business functions to support strategic initiatives. /li liCoordinate internal and external audits.
