The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for bridges the gap between a business client (B2B) and the end-consumer (B2C) to drive growth, requiring a mix of strategic planning, partnership management, and consumer insights. They are responsible for driving sales not just to the partner, but through the partner to the end user taking into consideration consumer product offerings, digital solutions like B2B2C orchestration platforms, and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be supporting to develop and execute long‑term strategic plans for key partners and sectors ( Telcos, Utilities, …) that align with both companies’ goals. /pullibExceeding Sales Targets: /bDriving revenue through strategic partnership management. /li /ulullibContract Negotiation: /bNegotiating agreements and renewals to ensure long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships. /lilibPerformance Monitoring Reporting /b: Analyse sales, market trends, and competitor behaviour to identify areas for improvement. Track KPIs, manage volume forecasts, and create regular reports on account progress, revenue, and ROI for senior management. /lilibMarket Intelligence: /bConducting market research to understand consumer needs and identify market trends to enhance competitiveness. Proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product or solution from conception to release.



/lilibOriented to Customer-Centric Solution Customization /b: Work with internal product, marketing, IT and legal teams to tailor products, services, and marketing strategies to the specific needs of the partner and their end-consumers. /li /ulh3What you’ll bring: /h3ulliBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales /liliPrevious experience as GLOBAL HEAD OF TELCO UTILITTIES oriented to Telcos/ Utilities sector and digital b2b2c e-commerce or platform solutions (3-5years) /liliProven success as a GLOBAL HEAD OF TELCO UTILITTIES in a non-managerial role /liliIn-depth understanding of the insurance market, including emerging trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. /liliStrategic Thinking:Ability to design, not just execute, partnership plans. /liliNegotiation Communication:Strong skills to lead negotiations and act as a liaison. /liliIndustry Expertise:A thorough understanding of the specific industry and B2B sectors ( Telcos, Utilities…) platforms SaaS services. /liliExceptional writing and editing skills, combined withstrong presentation and public speaking skills /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex information in a clear and concise manner,
