The platform is backed by a group with a long and successful track record in large-scale development, and the ambition goes well beyond the first site. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liDefine the commercial strategy and product offering, from powered shell through to turnkey, aligned with the design and delivery teams /li liOriginate, negotiate and close capacity deals with hyperscale and wholesale tenants, including anchor tenant transactions /li liOwn pricing, lease structuring and commercial terms across take-or-pay, ramp profiles, SLAs and expansion rights /li liBuild and manage relationships with the broker,



advisor and hyperscaler procurement community across Europe /li liFeed market and customer requirements back into site design and platform strategy /li liRepresent the platform in the market and at industry events as its commercial face /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liA proven data centre commercial operator, likely at Director or Senior Director level, ready to step up into a platform-defining role /li liExperienced across both colocation and hyperscale, whether selling wholesale capacity to hyperscalers, negotiating from the buyer side, or advising on major capacity transactions /li liAble to point to specific deals: megawatts leased, counterparties engaged, structures personally negotiated /li liFluent in Spanish and English, based in or open to Madrid, with regular travel to site /li liAmbitious, entrepreneurial and comfortable building without a playbook /li /ul h3Why this role /h3 pMost commercial roles in this market mean joining an established machine.
