/liliDaily monitor quality reports and NPS and ensure good performance. /liliCreate improvement action plans and implement them. /liliDaily monitor utilization and efficiency of time of the clinic teams. Organize daily quality checks. /liliCreate and implement procedures on quality monitoring of hygienist, auxiliaries, doctors in the use of tools and compliance with processes. /liliSolve escalated patient requests and personally work with problem patients via meeting in the clinic, call, video conference or emails. /liliEngage in marketing and interviews, receipt of influencers, and photoshoots. This may involve videos for social media. /liliCombine work in the office and in the clinic when clinic requires orthodontic knowledge support. /liliThe work may involve travelling and need to work on weekends. /liliYour hard work and drive to succeed will deliver nothing less than impressive results. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat you need to be successful: /b /ppbr/pulliGraduate in dentistry or orthodontics, registered with the Dental Association. /liliSolid clinical experience, ideally with aligners and digital technologies. /liliExperience in supervising or coordinating a medical team. /liliProficiency in digital tools and patient tracking software. /liliAbility to supervise and validate treatment plans and manage complex cases. /liliNatural leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. /liliFocus on patient excellence and continuous improvement. /liliFluent bSpanish /b, professional bEnglish /b. /liliWillingness to btravel frequently /b to all of our clinics at an international level. /li /ul
