This role requires technical knowledge in Azure services, cloud architecture, and security best practices, along with leadership capabilities to guide a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. /p pbLocation: /b Madrid (Spain), UK (London, Uxbridge, Skipton), Dublin (Ireland) /p pPermanent position, hybrid setting model. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage the security tool sets, review tickets, requests, behaviours from those tools to drive improvements in security stance. /li liKnowledge of Application security testing methods and tools (Aikido, CoPilot code). /li liIntegrate with the platform and application teams to ensure security best practices are followed. /li liCollaborate with security, infrastructure, development teams to embed best practice security controls that can be evidenced. /li liAnalyse threat intelligence for emerging cyber security threats. /li liSecurity tool knowledge (MS Defender, Arctic Wolf, NEMESIS, Aikido Security, RAPID7, Crowdstrike) /li liStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including risk management, threat detection,



and incident response. /li liCommitment to continuous learning to stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and best practices. /li liAbility to apply knowledge of networks, systems, cloud environments, and security tools to safeguard organizational assets. /li li4-5 years of experience. /li liProven experience in threat hunting and detection engineering. /li liSolid understanding of cyber defence strategies and security operations. /li liExperience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities. /li liFamiliarity with tools such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability scanners. /li liKnowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATTCK, NIST, or ISO 27001 /li liScripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) desirable. /li liCertifications such as OSCP, GIAC, Security+ /li /ul h3Pepper Advantage’s values and culture /h3 pOur mission is to help people succeed.
