Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about connecting people with exciting international career opportunities? /ppWe're looking for an experienced bItalian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter /b to join our international team and help us recruit candidates for customer service and multilingual roles across Europe. /ppWe're looking for someone who already understands the pace, ownership and expectations of agency recruitment and enjoys building candidate pipelines from scratch. /ph3About The Role /h3pAs an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll manage your own recruitment projects from sourcing through placement while working remotely as part of our international team. /ppDuring your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, giving you time to learn our clients, systems and recruitment processes while building your own pipeline. /ppAfter the onboarding period, you'll transition to an buncapped commission model /b, where your earnings are directly linked to your results. /ppTo succeed in this role, you should be willing to dedicate approximately 30-40 hours per week.
