Coaches are responsible for delivering great member service, Private and Small Group Training and achieving revenue. This position requires a minimum of one day on the weekend. /p h3Essential Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liSales Execution on Key Metrics. /li liSell and Conduct Private Small Group Training with Members. /li liAssist members and encourage member involvement in private training. /li liEnsure accurate administration of client programs, measurement tracking and workout programs. Arrive on time, prepared and attentive for training appointments. /li liAssist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, seminars, workshops, etc. /li liResponsible for achieving revenue objectives set forth by UFC Gym. /li liMember Experience /li liFocus on changing lives through Service, Science and Sales. /li liBe a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy. /li liBring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life. /li liConduct safe and effective private Mixed Martial Arts training sessions. /li liMaintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times. /li liMiscellaneous /li liFollow all policies and procedures regarding payment transactions. /li liFollow all guidelines in the UFC Gym Employee Handbook. /li liDocument daily workouts for liability with adherence to national certification standards. /li liBe knowledgeable of club facility and services. /li liAdhere to agree upon schedule set forth by the Mixed Martial Arts Manager. /li /ul h3Organization Relationships /h3 pThe Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach will report directly to the Mixed Martial Arts Manager. Duties require interaction with all club members and employees. /p h3Required Qualifications /h3 pKnowledge,skills abilities: /p ul liIn depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design. /li liPossess a working knowledge of the dotFIT program and software. /li liKnowledge of company policies,



practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /li liAble to generate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude. /li liPossess a strong customer service focus. Responds professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff. /li liUnderstands and follow oral and written instructions. /li liCommunicates clearly and concisely. /li liPossesses strong organizational skills. Understands basic record keeping practices and procedures. Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. /li liExperience operating office equipment such as computers, calculators, fax and photocopiers. /li liMust be computer proficient with basic skills in Word and Excel. /li liAbility to work, setup and execute successful weekends. /li liExtroverted/Self motivator/Customer service minded. /li liAdhere to meal and rest break periods and must clock in and out for all shift times. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liMinimum of Purple belt or higher. /li liBrazilian Jiu-Jitsu Belt Certificate. /li liBrazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach lineage verification. /li liGrappling tournament record (preferred). /li liCurrent Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification. /li liCurrent DotFIT certification (preferred). /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 1 year of related teaching experience. /li liWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. /li liPhysical effort required for daily duties include lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting prolonged standing and walking. Must be able to frequently lift and /or moves up to 45+ pounds.
