such as launching in new territories and offering new features /li liDesigning products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes /li liRunning guerrilla and customer testing workshops /li liImplementing technical solutions and presenting actions during design reviews /li liReviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it /li /ul h3What You'll Need /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in designing world-class commercial apps in-house /li liA portfolio featuring examples of product design work /li liImpressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms /li liThe ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions /li liA solid understanding of technical implications in their design decisions /liliThe ability to take ownership of design processes /li liA focus on UX and an understanding of human behaviour /li liClean visual design sense /li liSkills in typography and grids /li liA love for problem-solving and to be challenged /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liA bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field /li liExperience programming and the ability to code simple prototypes /li liExperience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems /li liExperience working in a fast-paced startup environment /li /ul pBuilding a integral financial super app isn’t enough.
